More About Coach Frederico
I have coached at the premier level Girls U18 and U15. I currently have the National "E" license. My first head coaching job, I was able to take my team to their first gold round championship game.
I played at Cascade College in Portland, Oregon and I have been playing soccer since I was six years old. In Brazil, I played on many premier teams growing up, helping me to earn a scholarship to play collegiately in the United States.
A client can expect respect for the player and the game of soccer. I expect 100% focus and high intensity. I do not like to waste the players time for I feel that every minute counts in developing a player. I focus on all areas of the field and can coach all positions. Sessions at a glance:
-a new progressive drill every 5 minutes,
-high intense or medium intense drills depending on whether the player has a game the same day or the next day,
-water breaks are anytime there is no set time for water breaks which allows for the time to be used effectively,
-simple and complicated drills,
-lots of encouragement, excitement, and life lessons for each player.

Really good with simple yet effective drills. Our son is working hard during the sessions and his footwork has already improved. We liked that coach Frederico makes our son own his efforts and whether or not he wants to push harder. It seems to work for him.
