More About Coach Frank
I have coached athletes primarily at the recreational and developmental levels, helping individuals build strong fundamentals and improve their athletic performance. My coaching experience includes working with athletes in training environments such as gyms and fitness settings where I guide workouts, conditioning sessions, and skill development.
I have a professional athletic background and have competed at a high level, which has given me firsthand experience in elite training, discipline, and performance development. Competing professionally allowed me to work with experienced coaches, follow structured training programs, and perform in highly competitive environments
After the warm-up, we move into sport-specific drills and performance training. Depending on the athlete’s goals, this can include agility drills, footwork, speed and acceleration work, reaction training, and strength or conditioning exercises. I focus heavily on proper technique, body control, and efficiency of movement to help athletes improve performance while staying safe.
