More About Coach Franklin
I LOVE TO COACH. My biggest goal is helping athletes get better on and off the field. I thrive in helping baseball players reach full potentials in their mechanics. I have coached from Tee ball to Professional athletes. Coached in the Dominican Republic and USA. I work as a trainer at @backyardbaseballAZ. I work with ALL ages. Coach at Encino The 5. I am also a current professional athlete.
My background is really broad. I have a ton experience at every level and have always compete with the best of the best. I was a catcher growing up in the Dominican Republic was a top ranked catcher per DPL (Dominican Prospect League). Got a full scholarship to every college I went to. FSU, Chipola College, Florida Intl University (All Division 1) schools. Played for the best of the best and learned from the best. My goal is to pass along my knowledge in a simple way that makes it easy for the youth to understand the game in a natural state.
I was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2017
Traded to the San Diego Padres in 2019
& Seattle Mariners 2021
I am currently apart of the Dutch national team. Where we play yearly tournaments and also at the biggest world tournament WBC 23.
What athletes can expect from me is a coach that will always be honest and push you to be the best version of yourself both on and off the field. I am well rounded in all aspects of training not just only in one area. Through trails and errors and my life time experiences I can promise that you will get the creme de la chop in technique, power, endurance, arm care routines, and post workout drills as athlete you are always working you are never complacent. THERE WILL BE NO SUCH THING AS A GREY AREA YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE A ROUTINE AND KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO ATTACK THE MATTER AT HAND.
