I have coached kids and adults. I have trained a u23 team in Puerto Rico, as well as the u19.
I also coaches in queens u18 and after that u12 and below.
I currently own my own club ages 3-12 years old in college point NY. currently at 50 kids after two years being created.
I have coaches all over queens, Astoria, long island, Eastchester, Westchester, flushing, even Brooklyn.
I have played first division in Puerto Rico, second division in Panama, and college division 1 ncaa. lower then that was met oval academy. and fa euro.
my plan goes based off skill level. so if your just starting fundamentals are key for the first month and slowly progress and if you are experienced then I just continue with fundamentals but in a more advanced environment.
