Coach Frank is an amazing coach. My son came to me one day and said mom I feel great and my coach is awesome. He is always encouraging me and makes me feel like a champ. He's stern but in good way that doesnt make me feel like Im doing something wrong but tells me where I need to make improvements. I had never heard my son speak that way before and it made me so happy to see my son excited and determined to give his all. Coach not only dedicates his time to his players but he takes his own time to show up to the games to sit on the side and root for his players. He shows his players the true meaning of sportsmanship at such a young age and shows them that when you give it all you got with your heart all in it you are already a winner you just have to bring it to the field and show it to everyone else. I am so thankful to him and would love to have him as a coach anytime! Thanks Coach Frank

After moving to VA Beach from San Diego, we had no connections to baseball and my son missed playing. He's only 6yo so we want to keep feeding his love for the game and keep sharpening his skills for the next season. He wants to play all positions but is super interested in catching, pitching, and 1st base...of course all the action positions in Single A ball.

Coach Frank was able to assess our son's skills quickly and set up a plan for the rest of the sessions. At the end, my son was tired (yes! something that doesn't happen often), excited to be playing again and didn't want to leave the field.

Coach Frank is very knowledgeable, friendly, and knows how to work with my son's age group. We have our 2nd session this week so we're excited to see how the rest of the summer goes.

When my 10 year old son said he didn't want baseball season to end I decided to check out CoachUp for some individualized training. After sifting through the recommended coaches for my area I reached out to Coach Frank and scheduled a lesson for my son, Eric. Within minutes of meeting Coach Frank I could tell I picked the right coach for my son. Coach Frank chatted with Eric before starting the session which helped Eric relax and lose some of that nervous energy. It was clear to me that Coach Frank was great with kids and "knew his stuff". The 60 minute session moved along quickly. Coach was able walk that line of challenging my son, while keeping things fun. In addition, he was able to take Eric a little bit out of his comfort zone without overwhelming him with new information. Time flew by and the session wrapped up with Coach Frank showing us some drills we can work on at home. On the drive home without me prodding Eric said, "Whew Dad that was tiring but fun at the same time". Eric and I are both looking forward to our next session.
