Every training session is part of a long-term plan that I develop for each athlete. The workouts will build on each other and feel cohesive. Every drill and workout is intentional and focused towards the specific goals of each player.

I believe that one of my greatest assets as a coach is my attention to detail. Through my experience as a strength coach, I know how to teach athletes to move well. In addition to coaching skills such as shooting, dribbling, finishing etc, I help players get into the right body positions to be as effective as possible on the court.

With beginning players, sessions are well-rounded, and we will work on every aspect of the game to ensure that they develop well-rounded fundamentals. For more advanced players, I'll utilize a more targeted approach. I'll analyze their game, and we will hone in on the specific skills that will have the greatest impact on their in-game production.
