Graduated with a degree in exercise science and sports administration with a coaching minor from Adams State University. Played at Albuquerque Academy and Adams State University. Began coaching at the high school and collegiate levels while finishing undergraduate degree. Traveled around the country teaching the game to various levels of players and organizations.
