Coach immediately identified some defensive skills that my Daughter lacked (due to the fact that her coaches have always focused on the team as a whole and never got much into defensive training). This was EXACTLY the type of training I was looking for. I honestly saw a big difference in the 1 session with Coach Flo from the beginning to the end as to the drill they were working on.

Coach Flo gets 5+ stars! My son is a defender (currently U11/12 level), and he wanted to learn how to improve in his position. I reached out to Flo based on his impressive background, and I'm really glad we did. Prior to starting, Flo took the time to listen to our goals, and he explained how his training and philosophy could potentially help. I signed my son up for a series of training sessions, and it has been well-worth the investment. Flo showed up each time with a very specific lesson plan. The sessions were one-hour long, very focused, with a lot of repetition. When my son made a mistake, Flo asked him to explain what he did wrong. My son shared that this approach really helped him learn and improve. Flo was also able to how these skills / moves can be used as a defender. I plan to sign my son up for more sessions to run concurrently with his team practices, as I can see how Flo can help my son improve over time. He's an excellent coach and I highly recommend him.
