More About Coach Flavio
I am a dedicated soccer coach with experience working across youth, college, and high-performance environments, specializing in player development and goalkeeper training.
Currently, I work within the LA Galaxy Pre-Academy, where I help develop young players in a professional club environment, focusing on technical ability, decision-making, and game understanding. Being part of a professional organization allows me to apply modern training methodologies used at the highest levels of the game.
In addition, I serve as an Assistant Coach at East Los Angeles College, where I work with collegiate athletes to improve performance, consistency, and tactical awareness. My role includes planning training sessions, analyzing performances, and helping players transition to higher levels of competition.
I also have experience as a Head Coach at the university level, where I was responsible for leading a full program—managing training sessions, game strategy, and player development. This experience helped me build strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of how to develop players over time.
