Hello, my name is Federico Serra, I am a student-athlete at Palm Beach Atlantic University. Originally from italy, I have played at a pro level back for my hometown club Cagliari, and am now pursuing a college degree here in West Palm. I have been coaching actively for over 2 years now, kids all ages, from beginners to college/pro level.
Played at the highest professional level in the first division of Italian soccer, Seriea A.
Played 2 seasons in Serie C.
Played 2 years Division 1 soccer at Akron University, one of the top programs in the country.
Won the MAC D1 conference with Akron.
Won the SSC D2 conference with Palm Beach Atlantic University.
I would take the client through a general session first to analyze and assess the clients level and abilities. After that I will make sessions based on the clients needs, with his/hers goals in mind.
