Programming session based on player's goals and needs.
Generally, sessions are composed of:
- phase 1: introduction of the topic during the warm up + active stretching
- phase 2: technical or tactical work based on the topic with no pressure or soft pressure.
- phase 3: technical and tactical work based on the topic with pressure.
- phase 4: game (if we have enough players) or technical funny exercise.
- Cool-down and stretching (if required by the age)
