Every client I meet gets a free 30 minute trial session. This is when I can access skill level as well as his/her emotional make-up. If the client wishes to move forward, I will scout the client at his or her practice/game and create a training curriculum based on his or her athletic goals and areas of improvement. Each session will be a combination of physical training, Study (clips analyzing based on players position), and skills training.
