I am a 19-year-old professional soccer player currently working as a free agent after recently returning from Ireland, where I was playing professionally. Alongside my playing career, I gained valuable experience working in a one-to-one soccer coaching business, helping players develop their technical skills and overall game. Over the past five months, I have continued building my coaching experience by running individual training sessions throughout Northeast Connecticut. These experiences have allowed me to develop not only as a player, but also as a coach, while gaining a strong understanding of player development, discipline, and the commitment required to succeed in soccer.

My one-to-one sessions are highly specific and detailed, built around each player’s individual profile, including their preferred foot, position, age, strengths, weaknesses, and overall goals. I take a very technical approach to player development, incorporating methods and training concepts I learned while playing and training in Ireland and England. My sessions focus not only on improving areas that need development, but also on making a player’s strengths even stronger. I believe that developing what already makes a player unique is what can ultimately separate them from everyone else. Every session is designed to challenge the player, build confidence, and give them the technical tools they need to perform at a higher level.
