I am certified in personal training from the Onnit Academy and am capable of developing you a training plan. Whether you are trying to compete in a sports competition or you just want to shed a few pounds, I will create a specific program for you. I'm in school to become certified in Nutritional Therapy from the Nutritional Therapy Association

I have worked out for several years doing free weights and bodybuilding type exercises. I have experimented with crossfit and have trained others to safely manage injuries, build up, lean out and more.

A program will be designed for you if you are not in the local area that will describe the movements necessary to attain your goals. Of course, nutrition plays a huge role and will be integrated into your plan if that's what you are interested in.
