I played at the college level at Ohio Wesleyan University. Most Improved player. Sweet sixteen 3 consecutive regular season Conference championships. High School District Champs senior year, back to back conference champs 27-1 record in league
My session plan starts off with warming up with under the rim shooting form drills. Footwork for shooting jumpshots and the two most common ways. Then to ball handling drills into shooting pull ups. Then counter moves to get to the basket. From there reading and reacting your defender. Most important thing you can teach a player is to understand how your being played and your options. Creativity is something that will come along the way!
