More About Coach Eryn
I have been a personal trainer for 2 years, working with individuals that range from being an older adult to an athlete. I am able to apply my educational background in order to help someone accomplish their fitness goals. I am a personal trainer at chuze fitness, a class leader and California State University, Fullerton, and a graduate teaching associate for a kinesiology course at California State University, Fullerton. I currently hold a Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology and Exercise Science and by December 2015 I will have completed my Masters of Science in the same field.
Periodized training has allowed me to take sports to the next level. My force production has increased dramatically and my vertical has increased by 9 inches which has been helpful while playing volleyball. Having an understanding of the physical demands of the sport allows me to be able to program a macrocycle in order to increase my performance.
A client can expect to understand what needs to be done in order to achieve their fitness goal, and why it must be done. I will educate on the science of exercise so one can expect to have a better understanding of what goes on in the human body, and I will educate on how to program for a specific goal.
