When training with me, we will be learning the fundamentals of basketball. A solid foundation can help maximize your potential as a player. In learning the fundamentals of the game, we will work on using proper footwork, and correct shooting and dribbling mechanics and techniques. During your workout, I will put you through a series of game-like situations that will improve your performance during competition. I customize the workouts depending on each player.
