He is extremely kind and patient, and works with you to truly understand the dynamics and bio-mechanics of every drill and activity you do in soccer, and how it is directly related to in-game scenarios and situations. He also works with you on the psychological aspect of the game, including staying calm under pressure and learning how to make accurate movements and decisions without hesitation. Eric was fabulous with my daughter. He was engaging and you can tell by watching him work that he really cared. He showed authentic interest in finding her strengths and weaknesses and genuinely wants to help her be a better player. My daughter was comfortable and had fun during the session!
