Depending on the package selection, a client can expect a 60 minute basketball skill and conditioning session that will progressively elevate their basketball game. A typical session consists of a warm-up with dynamic stretching to limit the risk of injury. After the athlete is properly warmed-up they will begin to go through a systematic series of drills that covers agility, plyometric, speed and strength training along with court work for basketball skill development. The final part of the training will consist of a transition phase that includes static stretching that is designed to cool the body down along with sports nutrition tips.

Client Reviews

I wanted to say thank you so much for taking the time to work with my son. In the time Eric worked with him, he gained much better ball control, endurance and his foot work improved. My son always made excuses when I tried working with him, but Eric's ability to connect with his clients / students is comforting. My son listens to his instruction and has learned to be patient with his learning progression.
