More About Coach Eric

I have been an athlete most of my life. Played football, basketball, and ran track. I went to Southern Methodist University on a full football scholarship. I attended SMU four years and earned a bachelors degree in physical education, with emphasis on physiology of exercise. I've been a fitness trainer for the last twelve years. I worked for Bally's Fitness for four years and have been an independent personal trainer for eight years. I cater my workouts to the specific needs and desires of my clients. I've successfully trained the morbidly obese to Olympic athletes, specializing in most phases of fitness. I specialize in high intensity workouts with emphasis on effectiveness and safety. I am NASM certified.

Ok, today we will warm up on the stationary bike for 10 min., then we will do some active stretches before we start. Today we will focus on keeping our heart rate up in the fat burning zone through active rest movements and compound weight exercises. To start let's do 1 set of 12 power cleans, then 1 set of back squats, and next, 1 set of chin ups. This set followed up by a 3 minute run on the treadmill. we will do a second set of the same lifts followed by 3 minute jump rope. The third and final set for today followed by 30 burpees. 5 minute cool down and 5 minutes of static stretching.

Client Reviews

Eric Moore is a truly excellent trainer. He is the perfect combination of tough and tender, knowing when to push and when to pull back. He works with the whole person -- mentally, emotionally and physically to transform body and mind. While I lost a significant amount of fat and inches, I gained the confidence to walk into any gym in America and lift weights. Eric instilled that confidence in me. He quietly discovered the athlete in me that I never knew existed. Because of his efforts, I am leaner and stronger, both mentally and physically. Eric is the real deal in an industry full of wannabes and the standard by which any trainer should be measured. Ellen Goldberg Manager GolinHarris
