Ive been coaching part time since I graduated college in 2016. Ive been an assistant at Loomis Chaffee working with the offense, as well as Suffield Academy, I currently coach at Eastern Connecticut State University

Initially I would evaluate the athlete in order to get an idea of experience and skill level. Fundamentals will be covered no matter what the experience level, however with a more skilled athlete with greater experience we will establish goals and specific aspects of their game they would like to work on. To some extent we will work on shooting, passing, dodging, footwork and agility, off ball movement, ground balls, and stick protection.
