More About Coach Eric
Over 10 years of coaching experience at the high school, AAU and Division 1 college level. Have trained NBA and overseas professional players among them lottery and first round picks. Started at Summit YMCA, then St. Anthony's High School, Sports U and Playaz AAU and university at Buffalo. Work with ages 12-21. Certified by the National Association Basketball Coaches.
Competed at the high school level and was All State and All County. Played for a USA Today National Championship team as a junior at prep school in Northern Virginia and also for a state championship team in NJ as a freshman.
Work on the fundamentals of dribbling, shooting, passing and defense incorporating conditioning into all drills. As training progresses we will hone in on specifics that need to be addressed.
