More About Coach Eric
I’m an experienced soccer coach with a Grassroots Coaching License. I currently serve as Head Coach for Summit Christian Academy’s JJV team and am also the Assistant Coach for the 2 U14 boys teams at Churchland Soccer League, helping young athletes build skills, teamwork, and a passion for the game.
I’ve played soccer for over 15 years, starting with 8 years in rec as a striker and defender. I spent 4 years on varsity at Summit Christian Academy playing center back, outside back, and goalkeeper. I trained as a goalkeeper with Virginia Beach City FC Academy for a year and have played 2+ years with Churchland Soccer League’s U23 semi-pro team—now entering my 3rd season.
My private training sessions are highly player-focused, tailored to each athlete’s specific needs. I assess their strengths and areas for growth, then design personalized drills and exercises to help them develop technically, tactically, and mentally, ensuring each session drives real progress on and off the field.
