More About Coach Eric

I have over 10 plus years coaching and training kids at basketball camp. Over the years the kids were at the middle school and high school level. I don't have any certification.

European Basketball - Denmark, Portugal, Estonia, Norway
● Led team to win 3 League Titles and 2 Cup Titles.
● Honored with 5 MVP and 2 DVP awards. College - SUNY New Paltz
● Inducted into the Hall of Fame - 2016. High School - Wallkill Senior High School
● Led team to two championships.
● Recognized as Most Valuable Player (MVP) on two occasions.

I'm coaching for mindset development, leadership, life skills, and frameworks to increase sports performance. My coaching calls are over zoom calls, usually 1-2 hours, one day a week. During my calls, we cover life and sports, at a micro level. Communication is one of the biggest keys to our calls.

Client Reviews

How has being a part of PDC helped you as an athlete/person It’s helped me prepare and listen to other professionals about their professional experiences as well. There are a lot of mental challenges throughout these years and it’s nice to talk to people who want to help and just love the game of basketball. They understand the situation. What do you like most about the PDC? What I like the most is that we are more, and we collaborate our thoughts and in a way brainstorm together. It’s a really affective way for us to learn about future possible situations and staying prepared for the now. If you could change anything, what would it be? Not much possible to change. We’re all developing as we talk. Are you likely to implement some of the recommendations or suggestions you’ve learned in your daily life? Yes. I already have with a couple things but also as we mature in life, we get lessons in these talks that we can remember and bring with us if we ever feel we’re in a situation that they were in. We set each other up for the better. Would you recommend PDC to other athletes? If yes, why? If no, why not? I recommend stuff like this to athletes almost every day. I believe it’s important for on and off-court performances. Jacob Hoffman
How has being a part of PDC helped you as an athlete/person - “It’s given me a different perspective with other pro lathered overseas who are going through either similar situations or things that I could run into in the near future. Helping prepare me and others for what’s to come. What do you like most about the PDC? It’s a transparent space, everyone’s voice matters and has the ability to influence the next man in a positive light. If you could change anything, what would it be? I have nothing right now. Maybe having members add more feedback in the group chat throughout the week. Are you likely to implement some of the recommendations or suggestions you’ve learned into your daily life? Yes Would you recommend PDC to other athletes? If yes, why? If no, why not? Yes, PDC has the ability to give athletes inside scoops on the ends and outs of playing professional ball. Every athlete needs a little extra help here in there to help with their experience. When would PDC benefit players, high school, college, or professional? Why? All levels, it’s never too late but high school would be most beneficial. They can hear early on from people living out their dream what it takes to get there. Josh Scott
How has being a part of PDC helped you as an athlete/person I think PDC has helped me a lot as an athlete but more so as a person through the different topics we are able to cover. It’s not just basketball. We cover an array of topics, and I think I have been able to find comfort and support from people who are in similar situations as me. What do you like most about the PDC? The thing I like the most about PDC is that we can have honest conversations and it’s not just basketball topics, and we cover the importance of mental health a lot. If you could change anything, what would it be? If there were different times to have it other than Sunday at 10 because of scheduling purposes. I just don’t want to miss as many sessions as I have so far going forward. Are you likely to implement some of the recommendations or suggestions you’ve learned into your daily life? I think definitively I would include things discussed in PDC in everyday life Would you recommend PDC to other athletes? If yes, why? If no, why not? I would recommend it to other athletes because we all go through the same struggles in one way or another, and it’s good to have different minds/ opinions/ voices on the same issues. And I think it would be most beneficial to the high school athlete who is serious about playing at the next level because you need to have these conversations earlier on in your career so that you get knowledge that will help you separate yourself going forward.
