More About Coach Emmett
I have worked with all age groups from 1rst grade through High School Seniors. I have done summer camp coaching with Colorado College Lacrosse, Air Force Lacrosse and was a High School club coach for New Trier High School in Chicago, IL for 3 years.
I was a 4-year starter on Attack at Denison University, a top 10 Division 3 program in Granville, OH. I was conference rookie of the year as a freshman, a senior year captain and still stand as #5 in school history in career goals. I was also an honorable mention All-American my senior year.
I like to be as realistic as possible with game-type drills and situations while also keeping it fun and fast-paced! I can work with Attack and Midfielders on things like: basic stick skills, passing/catching on the run, dodging from X, getting to 5x5, downhill dodging for middies and more. I also like to start with more fundamentals and then move into dodging, shooting, game scenarios later. The number one goal is I want to understand the athlete's goals and how i can help the most in areas of improvement.
