The training session will be modified based on the goals of the athlete. The main focus is usually fundamentals and technical skills with strength, agility and conditioning. The goal is to create a well rounded training session. These training sessions will include the following: agility, technical skills(passing and ball control), shooting, dribbling, and more. All tailored to the client's specific needs!
For group sessions: Focusing on making the game as intense and real as possible, ie 1vs1, 2vs1, etc and honing in on technical skills such as passing, ball control, juggling, awareness, shooting, dribbling, and more!
