Hello my name is Eloy I've coached and trained players from ages 10-18. I have worked in the Bronx at Theodore Roosevelt educational campus for 3 years as a strength and conditioning coach. We've been to the championship the past two years and have won it one of out two times.

My particular highlights were a few years ago winning a championship in flag football with the Bronx yellow jackets. Also winning a championship in the Bronx with the New York bandits baseball organization. I've played high school baseball my senior year at one point led the public school athletic league in stolen bases as well as batting average

A client can expect a high intensity workout. I focus on a lot of body control ,come drills ,ladder drills and fundamentals of each sport. I am more of a strength and conditioning trainer. I firmly believe A well conditioned athlete can perform at a high level at all times.
