Drafted by Minnesota Twins out of high school in the 18th round of the 2003 MLB draft. Played throughout the Twins minor league system for 7 years. Awarded Best Outfield Arm in Minnesota Twins organization by Baseball America.

My son had Eli as a coach a couple of years ago, and he was phenomenal. My kid just blossomed that season. He works so well with kids. He is kind and patient. He knows the game and builds confidence for the player. So it was a no brainer when I found out he was doing one on one sessions. He does not disappoint!!
