More About Coach Elim
I have coached boys middle school soccer. I worked for Super soccer stars as a coach for half a year. I have also coached middle school track and field, cross country and field hockey. I have been a CrossFit trainer for 1.5 years at Carter Park CrossFit. I have coached people from the age of 3 all the way up to 60 across all my coaching Endeavors. I have My CrossFit Level 1 certification.
I play D3 (division 3) soccer at the collegiate level for the Gordon College Men’s Soccer team.
I am now a career personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach.
High school
I was the division champion every year in cross country and track and field. I set 18 school records and won 24 for a gold medals over 4 years of high school in cross country and track and field.

Field hockey MVP two years - Junior and Sophomore Year
Basketball district champions - Sophomore year
I was awarded sportsman of the year at my high school.

0-10 min meet, greet, catch up and Warm up
10-20 passing
(water break)
20-40 drills for ball work (touches, shooting, ball control, spacial awareness)
(Water break)
40-50 fitness (strength, condition, agility & speed)
50-60 cool down & stretch
(for 1.5/2 hour session I would either multiply by 1.5/2 or I would add other forms of training depending on the athletes goals and requests)
