I have a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and coached all ages from 5 years to 18 years old in leagues across North America. The most recent is Stickbenders Lacrosse based out of Vero Beach, FL and Brave Lacrosse based out of St. Louis, MO. I have worked as a personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach with people of all ages and fitness levels. I am currently working on my national certification through the ACSM as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I have worked with young athletes of all learning levels as I have done volunteer work with the Disabled Athletes Sport Association, I am also American Heart Association certified in CPR and AED for children and adults.

I was a 4 year starter on nationally top ranked Lindenwood University women's lacrosse team. I played all 4 years of high school lacrosse at Donald A. Wilson (Whitby, Ontario, Canada), and I played at the provincial level on Team Ontario my junior and senior year of high school. I was most improved player my sophomore year of college and I was a all conference player my junior and senior seasons.
