I first started as an assistant AAU basketball coach for the boys 15u NH Fastbreak. After one season with the NH Fastbreak, I participated in training sessions at the Keene YMCA with strength and conditioning coaches. I've been coaching at the Jr. Maine Red Claws summer camps and clinics for the last two summers where I got to work with professional players and coaches and learn drills and workouts from the pros!

I played basketball competitively in Londonderry High School in New Hampshire, but I've been playing for fun my entire life. I also played for the 16u Milly City basketball team out of Lowell, MA. I ran track and took boxing lessons in high school and my early years in college. My Bachelors in Professional Sports Management that has given me the ability to create and run athletic events.

My sessions will consist of 4 to 6 players at a time, covering both offense and defense along with conditiong. I will emphasize and focus on the fundamentals and getting in the right mindset of the game. My specialty is working with guards which I will run ball-handling drills that focus on both the dominant and weak hand. We'll also run through a series of shooting drills that will simulate in-game action. On defense we'll focus on awareness, agressiveness, and being in the right spots at the right time.
