I've coached athletes at multiple levels, from young grassroots and youth development to high school and collegiate. This wide-ranging experience has given me valuable insights into working with different skill levels and aspirations. I like to work with kids but also enjoy the "high-level" athletes. I love to work a lot on the technical part but, I always emphasize how important it is to work on the physical part.

I spent a total of four years as a professional soccer player, with two years in Greece from 2015 to 2017 and another two years in the USA, competing in the third-tier professional league NISA. These experiences provided me with invaluable insights of the game at the highest levels.

During my college years at Cal Poly Pomona, I excelled both on and off the field. I was honored as an all-region player twice and achieved the prestigious status of an all-American player, showcasing my dedication and talent in the sport. My passion for soccer extends beyond my playing career. I continue to actively participate in Sunday league tournaments and leagues in California, staying closely connected to the grassroots of the game.

I personalize every session to match each player's position and objectives, putting a strong emphasis on their specific areas for improvement. But it's not just about the game; it's about the player. Before we dive into training, we have a chat to understand how they're feeling mentally and physically. This way, we can create a training plan that's not only effective but also enjoyable, ensuring that every athlete reaches their full potential while having a great time on the field.
