I pitched with the Minnesota Twins for 5 years. I was the ERA leader of my league on 2007 with a 0.78 ERA. In 2008, I had 15 saves out of on 16 opportunities, and tied up the Saved lead. I've won three Cy Young Awards on the Fort Myers Baseball League. Played in the pecos league that is a professional baseball league were I win the pitcher of year i played. I'm currently Coaching Travel teams and working on personal clinics with kids of all ages. Have been doing personal and travel teams training for the past 3 years.

With pitchers I work on: Mechanic, Speed, Control and Command, Resistance and developing off speed-pitches. Focusing on not only teaching them the pitches but how to use them as well.

With position players I work on: Fielding, Throwing, running, hitting and getting them ready to adjust themselves on game situation.

3 of my players have mlb contrats while they were in my hands . like 60 % of my travel team are playing collage and they still working with me

depend on the position of the player and what we are working that day first thing is strech you muscles and then we star with trowing or hitting if you practicing hit that day
