We work on specific goals from what the player feels they need. We break down every pillar of the game and work one weakness and tiniest of the details to develop the player into a rounded player to compete anywhere and at any level.
Training session consists of
Introduction of the the session to the athlete
working then on technical side of things getting ball work in getting use to the ball moving it using all areas of the foot
work our way into juggling the ball getting both feet in
working with variations of timing and height
then we will move on to position specific topics dealing with real game like situations within the position
we integrate a couple extra players if needed for the session if we are working on defending or attacking final third situations
then we will finish out with lots of repetition and perfecting every movement and goal of the session till we can consistently do it right
also throughout the session have interactive fun game like session that create fun and a great learning environment in all .
