As a swimming and triathlon coach with over 20 years of experience, I have helped athletes at all levels achieve their goals. With my qualifications earned in France and experience coaching national level athletes, as well as recreational athletes, I bring a unique perspective to my coaching.

In triathlon I always hated swimming. I approached Eddy for this reason. To progress in swimming. With a friend we shared the sessions. We took a 2 month program with 2 sessions per week. Technique, technique... technique. GREAT! Without forcing, we progressed. His advice, his exercises and his playful way of approaching swimming have reconciled me with this discipline. From 11'30 in the 500m I went to 10'00 !!! in 8 weeks... So I want more. I see Eddy twice a month and I follow his exercises and aim for the 9 minute mark!
I am a Triathlete, and I knew Eddy through a friend. I wanted to progress on my bike. Eddy came for 4 rides with me. I followed his program. It's incredible how his sessions allow you to progress. With less time out but more quality the results are better! I learned to make cooler rides, and focus my attention on exercises that allow me to progress. By changing my way of doing things, my bike is now better. I gained about 1.5miles/hour average on a 40k.
I have been doing Triathlon for over 5 years. I wanted to progress without really knowing where to start. After a meeting with Eddy, we set a goal of progress on 3 aspects: Swimming: progress on technique was essential. Transitions: which were more than catastrophic ... Running: I never did a triathlon without walking... After 8 weeks I can't believe it! I followed his program to the letter. During the coaching sessions, we stayed on technical sessions. Eddy gave me educational exercises to correct defects that were really hindering me. Result: On a triathlon S I went from 1h25 to 1h20! I am really satisfied and I continue to follow his programs. He has become a friend !
I wanted to start running but I wasn't sure where to start. My goal was to run a 10K. I started an 8 week program with Eddy. Great! He got me started very slowly, and without really noticing it after 8 weeks I managed to run 10km in 55 minutes! We met once a week for a coaching session which allowed us to progress and above all to be encouraged. I have resumed a formula to now go under the 50 minutes mark in 8 weeks.
