A typical session with me consists of a shooting warmup, dribbling and defensive drills, and specialized skills (euro steps, retreat dribbles, post moves). During every drill I incorporate footwork and strength and conditioning. Every workout ends in competition whether that be against the other players that are training or myself. The competition portion of the workout always incorporates the skills that were stressed during the instructional portion of the workout to apply what was learned. It's a very fast paced workout that gets the most out of the players in no longer than an hour and a half. Here is a sample practice schedule for my team.
