What's up guys! I started out training during the summer months of my freshmen year at college (10 years ago). I train elementary school to professional athletes. I've also coached AAU (14-17) teams for 2 years.

**You are totally qualified I would just ask that you expand on the information in this section a little more. If you could be a little more specific and tell us some more so clients can get a better sense of your experience when looking at your profile**

I began my career at Notre Dame Academy high school where we were the best team in DMV area and also ranked #2 girls program in the USA. I played for the areas best AAU programs, Boo Williams Elite and Fairfax Stars. I took my "talents" to Seton Hall University in the Big East conference. I started every game, broke the 3 point shooting record, and played against the best. I played my last year at Washburn University where I became an 1st Team WBCA DII All-American and conference Player of the Year. I totaled over 1,600 points in my college career. I spent one season as a professional athlete until starting a family with my fiancé.

I focus on improving all around basketball IQ and the mental aspect of the game. During a session you can expect footwork drills, hand eye coordination, ball handling, shooting, passing, and defensive drills. All drills will get any athlete in the best condition.
