Dylan Knapp

I don’t have a lot of coaching experience but I have a lot of experience with training. Personally I have trained many people such as my younger cousins, younger players in my high school, and younger kids in my towns youth league. I have also helped out with my high school coach at shooting clinics and clinics for my high school team where we bring the youth league to Somerville and run a clinic. I typically with with any age group K-8.

I have many athletic accomplishments during my high school career. I have been a 1st team all conference lacrosse player since my freshman year, I have been a 1st team all county 2 times, I was a group two all state middie, I was also 2x New Jersey Nike all star. And was also apart Maverick Showtime games. I plan on taking my lacrosse career to Manhattan College with is Division 1 in the Maac conference.

I will base my training sessions off of age, skill level and experience. For a beginner player I will focus on passing, catching, ground balls, and of course shooting. For clients with a little more skill I will do a lot of foot work, shooting on the run, some speed and agility, how to handle pressure and stick work.
