2009 - 2012 coached high school age teams in the summer and took them to tournaments and showcases.
2008-2010 coached competitive fastpitch softball team 10u, 11u, and 12u
2013 - present: Coached competitive baseball age groups 8u, 9u, 12u, and 14u
Was selected to represent the Northeastern Oklahoma Sooner State All-Star Team.
Starting 3B and closer for the 2004 MACU NCCAA National Championship team.
Was selected to the 2004 NCCAA All conference team.
Pitchers - Analyze pitching mechanics through video and go over mechanic flaws with player and parent. Then go through a plan and time frame to correct mechanics.
Hitters - Analyze hitting mechanics through video and go over mechanic flaws with player and parent. Then go through a plan and time frame to correct mechanics.
Position - Put player through a few drills to see where a breakdown in mechanics are occurring and start going over and working in drills to correct.

We found Coach Dustin and after just the first 20 minutes of our first session Coach Dustin fixed my 10 year old son's swing and was hitting line drives instead of trying to hit a HR every at bat.
