1 thing all these have in common is that we will be working on fundamentals!!!
1 hour sessions, sometimes will run over, and willing to extend sessions if there are multiple areas you would like to work on.

I also do videos (up to the parents) of swings, pitching Fielding, and Ill take a look at the video, take notes and let you know what needs to be worked on and we will fix it.
And last but not least I do Player Evaluations. I have evaluation handouts and after the first session ill do an evaluation to show where your kid is at with his abilities, and ill do an evaluation every 5 sessions after the first one. Kids should not get discouraged about these evaluations. Its used for motivation. and these are optional, up to the parents. My son who is 16 has really enjoyed his sessions with Coach Dustin. Instead of offering vague suggestions for improvement like a lot of coaches do, Dustin is able to zero in on specific advice to help with hitting, pitching, or fielding. He can see the 'little things' in a player's stance, pitching release, etc. that can make a big difference in getting positive results. Dustin is enthusiastic and friendly, and I would recommend him to others.

Our first session was a great experience with Coach Dustin. I feel confident my sons game will greatly improve with continued training under Coach Dustin's supervision and guidance. I look forward to more sessions soon.
