I've coached AAU basketball for 2 years at the varsity and 8th grade levels as well as rec league 4th and 5th grades. I've put on fundamental camps for younger players all in Colorado. I also love to help the random youngster at the park with a few pointers or a drill or 2.

I played 2 years varsity in high school where I received all conference 1st team honors. My team was ranked in the top 3 in the state during the season. I went on to a junior college on a scholarship but ended up not playing because of a coaching change.

I usually start a session with some dynamic stretching followed by some progressive ball handling. Then we would move to some position specific work (post moves, catch and shoot, etc.) Game shots, game spots, game speed. Fun drills will be mixed with some conditioning and then finish with some strength training. Free throws will be shot frequently and game situations will be discussed throughout.
