I am the Lead Skills Trainer and Head Strength & Conditioning coach at retired NBA player Pat Burke's HOOPS Training Facility. In my career I have coached, trained, and played with current/former NBA, Division I, and Division II basketball players. I range from Junior High athletes all the way up to semi-professional athletes.

A typical session with me is intense. Based on your experience we will discuss your goals to achieve what YOU want. Once we are on the court, drills will be made accustomed to your playing style to improve your current skill set, and then we will begin training on the skills you are seeking. Followed by basketball specific strength exercises to maximize your full potential.
