I have been coaching for 12 years. My coaching and training career started at age of 14. I started off by coaching my 2 younger sisters and their middle school basketball team. Between the age 14-18 i coached the team to 4 consecutive championships. After my success with my sisters and as a coach, many of my former players asked to begin working out and training with me. My sister has gone on to be a Division 2 All-American at Cal State LA and i have also worked/trained/coached a number of Division 1 and professional athletes

I am currently a professional basketball player. I have played 2 years in Lisbon, Portugal and this year won the league championship and was named Finals MVP. I am also the All-Time Assists Leader at the University of Hawaii. I also played at the University of Missouri and Winthrop University.

A typical session varies on the client. I like to give client a unique training specific to their gameplay style. I like to ask the player which areas they are looking to improve in. Each session a player can expect to learn valuable drills and techniques that will help them develop their weaknesses into strengths. I also make an emphasis on teaching clients how to properly think the game of basketball, increase their IQ and how to develop a hard work ethic and competitive mentality.
