More About Coach Doug

I am an All American College Defenseman with a high level of energy and expertise in developing all levels of lacrosse players. I have coached at all levels (Youth, High School, Prep School, and College) and still play at a high level around the country. I have access to a team of Nutritional Experts, NASM & ACE Certified Trainers, Strength/Conditioning Coaches, and Physical Therapists, as well as NASE Certified Speed & Explosive Movement Professionals. I look to diagnose technical challenges, develop a custom program to turn them in to strengths and produce a dominate defensive performer!

I was an All American , Four Year Captain & Defensive MVP at Sacred Heart University and continue to play at a high level across the country.

Sessions will last an hour and will start with dynamic warm-up, footwork, including speed and positioning, stick work and body positioning, warm down and review.
