I currently am the head personal trainer the The Khader Center located in Mount Kisco, NY. I create personalized training programs for clients based on their personal fitness goals, and where they would desire to see their selves in a few months after starting a training program. I've helped, and currently help young athletes enhance their skills in baseball and ice hockey, and I've also helped, and currently help adults between the ages of 30-60 work towards living a healthier lifestyle. I accomplish this by stressing mindset, nutrition, diet and exercise.

I work with kids from age 8, all the way up to college. I currently do private baseball lessons every week, but I want to help more athletes!

During my free time, I help coach the Fox Lane Varsity Baseball team.
I am responsible for coaching hitting, the outfielders and base running.
I create drills for the student athletes to do in order to maximize their potential, and to really understand the unwritten aspects of the game.

Bedford Bears Ice Hockey Program

I volunteer my time to help out at weekly ice hockey clinics.
The age group ranges from 8 years old to 13 years old, boys and girls.
I am assigned to coach at a specific station (i.e. stick handling).
I ensure that each player is doing the drill correctly in order to maximize their potential.
Overtime, the skills they develop will become second nature in a live game setting.
