I am a level 2 certified coach through USA Lacrosse, I’m also a clinician with the Sankofa Clinic Series where we hold clinics for developing lacrosse communities across country , I am also a Boys Varsity Head Coach. I typically coach beginner to college age players no matter the experience.

I played high school lacrosse in Baltimore county earning 1st team all county honors, competed NJCAA from 2012-2014, currently the Head Coach At New Town High school in Owings mills.

In the initial meeting I want to get an idea of experience and goals, from there I want to isolate any weaknesses and strengthen them with various drills. For example, if the player would like to get better at shooting I will start with shooting form and hand position, then work on foot positioning and follow through.
