Ok, well all clients are not the same so you have to train them different. See where their weakness is and also ask them what they think their weakness is and then assess your training from that. Then we warm up together, stretching then a couple laps. After that we shoot two free throws (before each drill and after each drill). Once we finish that, we go into this form shooting drill to familiarize your shot and eyes to the current basket your playing on. This drill helps you warm up your shot and not starting off taking 30ft shots as your first shot. Then once that is completed we will get a break and after the break we will work on all improvements (defense, shooting, moves, attack angels, etc). Maximize as much time but making sure the client is getting the maximum effectiveness of the workouts. Once we have finished getting better, we will then go into our cool down. All we are doing is stretching again before we end. That is a full session plan.
