Experience in coaching at the teenage level, girls and boys ages 9-15. Assistant coach for Motor City Thunder Boys AAU 12u (Detroit, MI), and various girls' summer camps throughout my collegiate career 2008-2013. Specializing in shot perfection, scoring ability, ball handling, agility, and building basketball character and confidence.

Earned four varsity letters in basketball at Renaissance High School… Served as team captain for two years… 2006 Class B State Championship… Earned Class B First Team All-Michigan honors by The Detroit News in 2008… Garnered All-Detroit First Team honors for three years… Tabbed as first team all-district senior year… McDonald’s All-American nominee in 2008… BCAM All-Star… Adidas Top-Ten Camp invitee in 2008… Averaged 12.2 points per game senior year… Ranked 86th-best high school prospect by All-Star Girl’s Report… Played AAU basketball for the Michigan Crossover

Played in 32 games for the Mountaineers during the 2008-09 campaign… Netted a personal-best 11 points, twice, with the first coming in WVU debut against North Carolina Central… Logged a career-high 20 minutes, twice… Pulled down a personal-high four rebounds on three occasions, with the last coming against Georgetown (Feb. 18)… Saw action in every BIG EAST contest

One of the top newcomers in the Horizon League, Dixon was selected to the conference’s All-Newcomer Team…Led the Titans and was 17th in the league in scoring at 12.2 points per game, but that went up to 15.4 points for eighth in conference games only…Really came on strong after adjusting to live action again…Scored a total of 17 points in the first six games of the year (2.8 ppg), but then averaged 15.1 in her final 24 games…Was in double figures 17 times – 13 in HL play - including four 20+ point outings and a pair of 30-point games…Also finished second on the squad with 3.8 rebounds per night…Played in 30 games with 26 starts…Became just the second Titan in school history to tally back-to-back 30-point games at RV/No. 21 Green Bay and at Milwaukee…She started the offensive weekend with 31 against the Phoenix hitting 12-of-18 from the field, 3-of-4 from three and 4-of-4 from the free throw line, and then came back to top that with a career-high 32 points at Milwaukee going 11-of-16 from the field with a career-best six 3-pointers and 4-of-5 from the charity stripe…She also had a career-high five assists and pulled down five boards…For the weekend, she averaged 31.5 points, 4.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists hitting 23-of-34 (67%) from the field, 9-of-13 (69%) from behind the arc and 8-of-9 (88%) at the line…Earned the Jesuit Spotlight Player of the Week after those performances…Connected on seven field goals and four 3-pointers totaling 20 points for the first time in her career as she led Detroit to a victory at Michigan…Dixon also had 27 in a home game against Loyola, including a game-tying trey with six seconds left that helped UDM erase an 18-point second-half deficit to send the contest into overtime… Had 15 points and five rebounds against Butler… Led the team with 19 points at Wright State… Team-high 16 points to go with seven caroms at Cleveland State…Collected a career-high eight rebounds three times, vs. UIC, at Loyola and against Valparaiso in the first round of the HL tournament…Registered a career-best three steals at Cleveland State, at Butler and versus Loyola

-Basic layup drill : perfects fundamentals to correct bad habits and to create repetition of good habits
-Mikan drill: basic post layups
-Reverse layups: creating flexibility in ways to complete a lay up
- 5-10 min stationary ball handling
-10-15 min of full court ball handling (with defense and without)
-Form shooting (correcting bad habits, to continue and build on perfect form)
- Cone drills: integrates ball handling and scoring ability. (dribble pull up, scoring off the dribble, jumpstop)
- Sprints and agility ladder (improves footwork)
