I have a passion for injury prevention and arm care. I love incorporating these arm care techniques with my lessons as it is important to stay healthy and promote strong movements. Young athletes are prone to arm injuries because they are not properly shown the correct muscle movements and how to strengthen the smaller muscles that help decelerate the arm after throwing.
