Pitched at Grand Canyon College for two years before transferring to University of Pacific where I was a 2 year starting pitcher where I earned a degree in Sports Management.

Pitching vs throwing and pitching without pain through proper mechanics. I will also focus on the mental side of pitching and arm care. The ability to pitch without pain is important for any level of pitcher to learn. The goal is to teach young players to have great mechanics prior to physical maturity. We will also talk about the utilization of the lower half of the body when throwing.
